Folk at The Brewhouse

Presented by Burton Soroptimists

In aid of MacMillan Cancer Care, Hand on Heart return for an evening of British traditional music mixed with more contemporary songs, all delivered with fun and humour.

Sean Taylor

Presented by Madhouse Music

Sean Taylor is the finest acoustic blues talent to appear in the UK for many a year. Fast and cutting, slow and moody – this guy’s got it all! A fine musician.

Wednesday 7th May


Presented by Burton & South Derbyshire College

This event pulls together a variety of performance material from the 2013/14 Foundation Degree in Dance and Theatre Arts season. The evening will include a variety of dance and performance art and will showcase the work generated for assessment and celebrate the achievements of the students.

Oh What a Lovely War

Presented by The Mellow Dramatics

Reviving Joan Littlewood’s satirical musical to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the First World War. Our production uses the principle: our actors play many parts – soldiers, generals, suffragettes etc. You will enjoy a musical including songs such as ‘It’s a Long Way to Tipperary’, ‘Pack up Your Troubles’ and ‘Keep the Home Fires Burning’ from the First World War era.

Brewhouse Auditorium 7.30pm & a Saturday Matinee at 2.30pm

Buy 4 tickets and get a 5th free for the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday Matinee shows.

Presented by Cabaret Theatre School

A fantastic show with everything from Scooby Doo to Broadway’s Newsies. With a reputation for excellence Cabaret Theatre School are very excited to be performing at the Brewhouse again this year!
